Souper Sunday: Chocolate Chili

It's been a while, so here's some Chocolate Chili (a Moosewood recipe) for Deb's Souper Sunday.

Tastes a lot meatier than you'd expect from a vegan recipe. Nice heat, but not searing. Hearty stuff, & perfect with tortilla chips.

Celebrate World Dulce de Leche Day

Nutella, deservedly, has its day. But there are a few of us who feel Dulce de Leche is just as worthy.
