Hi Ulrike!

Well, not solved...it's an on-going thing, I'm afraid.

But, if I limit the amount of time I sit in front of the computer screen (always a good idea!), I do better.

That, and no air conditioning.

However, with temperatures reaching over 90 F...there's no avoiding the A/C!
